Its almost summer, which means theres more races and more reasons to get new
gear. I got to test out 2 new items for the run, the Mizuno Wave Rider7 and Speed Laces. Find out what I think about
them on "Flip's Closet". For those revving up for upcoming triathlons, or those just looking for a fun competition to
check out your own progress on the bike, you can join the monthly Alabang 15K ITT. Plus there's more adventure racing

It's been a fun weekend, my hats off to the Tonji Ramos and the Alabang Cylcing
Club, for an enjoyable time trial last sunday, I will be posting pictures very soon. This weekend also promises
to be very exciting, with many simultaneous events: the UPVST Aquathlon, the Pasig River Marathlon, the CYCAD annual century
ride, this time to Lucena, the New Balance Fitness Event in Glorietta, and a group of Filipinos headed off to Ironman
Langkawi. Whatever you'll be joining in, have fun and be safe. For now, I have some race updates from

I just arrived from a week in Davao and Cagayan. Seems that there's a
lot brewing down there in the race scene, and i'll let you all in on it in due time. But for now, there seems to be
a very interesting 3-day race coming up in Davao. Check it out, if you don't go for the race, then go for the place.

Belated Happy New Year to all! I apologize for seeming to be in hibernation.
